Default Headlight issue

ok got a headlight issue i have no head lights, only tail lights ,brake lights, parking lights, and turn signals , my flash to pass works, i changed the head light switch and the multifunction switch, checked all fuses all were good , also the high beam notification light doesnt work either and fog lights do not go out when i switch to highbeams lights like they did, only thing is fuse 4 and 10 have no power with lights on and key turned to on postion, kinda stumped ! anyone ever run into this issue and solve it?

The diagrams for my '95 are different, so I'll avoid posting them, but I managed to find this through Google. This is supposedly the diagram for a 2000, which is a lot closer to your 2001 than what I have.

Sorry i have been socked in with snow, attached is a diagram that should help. I crossed out the DRL circuit and added the wire to the high bean indicator light. I also marked the high beam circuit. Also the tail lights have their own harness

Sorry for the poor art work, i don't like windows 10
