Default Compression question

Hey guys, new to the forum and have a question regarding compression. I just rebuilt my 4.6, installed forged internals, stroked it out to a 301 and installed an edelbrock intake. My current compression is 10.1.1. I wasn’t happy with the results so I decided to get the trick flow heads with 38cc combustion chambers. And I’ll be upgrading to some cushman cams with a .560 lift, and 238/244 .50” duration. My question is, from what I found the stock combustion chambers are sized at 43.5cc, will me going down to 38cc be a big enough difference to cause the compression to be too high. I’m not sure how much of a difference 5.5cc will make. Trying to get y’alls thoughts. Thanks in advance guys
