Default Cams and FRP Supercharger NON pi

With some cams and The ford racing supercharger get my car in the 12's. I have 3.27 gears, std 5 speed tranny, long tube headers, x pipe and flowmaster super 40 series exhaust. The car sounds sic but I want the lopy idle and enough power to get those SS boys. Also I will be using the ford racing supercharger so please dont recomend another I can get such a deal on those and I think it will work well with my NON PI motor. What does everyone think performance wize?

I am not sure if you will see the 12's but you should, the big restriction for you is going to be your heads. If you are going to use a S/C maybe skip the cams (if you can only afford to do one or the other cams or P&P) and P&P your heads so that they will flow good to really support the S/C. Of coulrse you could just pick up some Pi heads if you don't want to spend the money on a P&P. But I would defently do one or the other (P&P or PI heads) espically if you are getting cams. OH and pay attention to waht cams you get because you might need to get new springs to go with them.

I am going to use the same comp cams that were used in whatever months issue I have (cant remember) where they equipt a non pi motor gave it the bolt on treatment and used F.A.S.T electronics to make about 400 hp NA motor. I would use PI heads because of there cheap price, but they will give me to much compression for supercharging, (like 10.5/1). I currently have about 9/1 and ideal for using boost is actually 8.5/1 so PI heads will not work for me, I had motorsport heads on my last car and they were the shizil, but now I am starting over. I am not going to pull the motor either to change pistons that will come after college. Then I can probly use PI heads.
