What tranny fluid?

Im changing the fluid in the tranny when i rebuild it this week so what fluid should i use? royal purple? i dont know what weight or anything please help thanks 98 mustang gt with a t-45

i used moble 1

the t45 takes atf (not sure on what type)

some people swear buy penzoil syncromesh.

Royal Purple, Amsoil, Redline are all top quality products. All synthetics will way out perform conventional fluids. Check out the above three mentioned manufacturer's websites for some real good stats.
