Difference between driver's and passenger's side cams
Hello all,
A friend recently called me up to help him time a 4.6 from an 2004 F-150. Only issue is he removed the sprockets and didn't mark which cam is for the driver's side and which is for the passenger's side. I can't find any marking on the cams themselves. The only info I've found is that the cams are not interchangeable. Any help is appreciated.
