Default Running out of ideas…

Hey everyone, new to this platform and looking for some help or advice.

Sunday I was driving my car as normal back from the gym and the car shut off after rev matching to come to a stop. The car cranks but refuses to start. Got it towed home and started looking for my problem.

here is what I have already checked:
-all fuses and relays
-made sure it had fuel to the rail to ensure it wasn’t a bad fuel pump ( holds 35 psi with key on)
-checked all no start sensors and replaced a broken CKS sensor (wasn’t the problem)
- checked ignition switch ( tested out good)
-checked grounds (all in tact and good shape)
- checked all wiring to ensure nothing melted or broke

i am all to well aware of the ford PATS system so that was one of the first things I checked. It illuminates when key is turned to run then goes out with the rest of the lights so it passes its check. The ccrm was replaced 2 years ago and hasn’t given any problems. Grabbed a junkyard one to ensure that wasn’t the problem( it wasn’t)

now even though I am getting fuel to the rail it isn’t firing the injectors. I pulled a plug last night to check spark and there was no spark and no fuel. The engine cranks as it should but it’s like there isn’t a signal telling the Injectors and coils to fire. I am completely stumped and don’t know what else to check. Any help is appreciated!
