Hmmmm...What is the condition of the Cobra? I have a 96 GT with around the same power your running and raced my buddy's 96 Cobra with a 4:10, exhaust and minor MINOR bolt ons and only had me by a car 0-70. But his clutch was FRIED BEYOND BELEIF!! Ans he's losing a **** load of power like that, So if he had a good clutch I would've been seeing car lengths beyond car lengths. The Cobra should win, but it'll be close....

totally depends on the vehicle's condition and the driver. both vehicles condition being = and driver skill = then the cobra should win.......but you never know maybe the dude who had the cobra before beat the hell out of it and didn't maintain it......you lose power over time.

 

the cobra is 4V so if he dose any mods befor you race he will benifit more then you will. he also starts off with 40 more hp

 

Right when you guys are ready to take off hit him in the eyes with some pepper spray that should afford you enough time.
