Much more power in the higher gears..
You can't wind out first long enough for it really to kick in, and as soon as you shift into 3rd for instance, the rpm drops in and the power kicks in therefore providing a much stronger sound.

I like the sound very mean be i don't know about getting lm1's now that those LT's and o/r x is on the way may be too loud. Oh yeah is there any weld in LM mufflers that you can by? just wondering.

yeah im getting the SLP LT's and X-pipe soon and VT stage II cams. I can only IMAGINE what its gonna sound like. i just wanna hear what it will sound like at idle let alone WOT

those clips will be coming soon within a month or 2. im gonna go make one of it at start up, idle and revving. its unreal.

^^ Thats my goal down the road... Im hopefully putting the full exhaust system on right after christmas BBK Headers and X along with the LM1's and then down the road I want to put some Stage 2 or 3 cams in there. OMG.. Its probably going to be the most ridiculous idle sound ever, besides that blow-by-racing 05' which is just ridiculous. But it will still sound amazing, especially with the LM's on there.

go with stage IIs stage IIIs will be too much thats for cars that are purely at the track and no daily driving. this is what i have been researching all summer so i can have a projcet over the winter and it contains

stage II heads
stage II cams
p-51 intake
LT headers
stall converter
suspension work

im hoping this will get me some low 11 second timeslips

yeah im only 20 and i got a job but thats not what i will be using as the speniding money. new england weather sux but i use it to my advantage and plow which i consider side money which goes to my car and yeah the heads is gonna cost alot other than that cams aren't that much but the headers are but I like SLP products great quality plus they fit autos which most you need to screw with the tranny box. the slp's just bolt right in. im gonna mae a vid for ya tonight of start up and me revving it up. so i'll post it tomorrow or friday
