neither will hurt your engine more than the other. nitrous if you want the cheaper route, supercharger if you got the cash.

I got first the nitrous and later I added the S/C. If you have the money spend it on a S/C and safe yourself the money for the nitorus. You can go close to 10psi boost then you don't need the nitorus. Exept of course if you got forged internals (I'm not sure if you got that in yor model/year) then you can go with a higher boost or add both S/C and nitrous at the same time.

see im not sure if i do have forged internals...when i bought the car..he just said that the motor was rebuilt...im gonna carry it to a shop in ATL and im sure they can tell me if i do have them or not....jdaniel told me i would be better off w/ nitrous for my car..i think he is right..but i wanted to get some responses anyways..and see if anyone had n20 on a cobra like mine...i read in a earlier post that a guy had a 97 cobra w/ a 100 NX dry shot and he made i think 381 rwhp when sprayed...thats about the same if i were to add a S/C on my car.

That is correct but think about it, with the S/C you got that power all the time. With nitrous you'll always run out of gas when you need it the most :-)lol. Plus the small trunk get's even smaller when if you add a 10lbs bottle.

yea but if i dont have forged pistons...then paying $2000+ for a supercharger and getting less hp than a $500 n20 system isnt good..but then later on i could get forged pistons and a supercharger..and then really be waxing..lol..but yea..idk...money is kinda an issue right now...lol

Maybe I should sell you my nitrous express. I can not use it anyway. I'm on the limit with 10psi boost with my S/C and I do not have forged internals. Let me know if yor interested.

Stock, I'd say wet kit. Minus the weak intake manifolds, the wet kit will mix the right amount of extra fuel in with the nitrous. Does not need a re-tune (timing needs to be retarded with shots above 75 HP) but it is safer.

With the wet kit, if your injectors can't keep up, there is fuel with the nitrous and air coming in, so it doesn't cause a problem.
