Default building the botom end for a charger

what are the key essentials for building the bottom end for a charger and possibly going for more boost????

Well I would keep in mind that your bottom end isn't the only thing affected by boost. Your cylinder heads will be fine, but i'm not sure how strong the head gaskets and head studs are. Blowing head gaskets and streching your studs suck after adding more boost. I would look into a set of aftermarket metalic head gaskets and ARP head studs, better safe then sorry!!!
