Get gearing, Tune your car, intake, TB/Plenum... That's saying you don't want to go into the motor, and do just a few bolt ons, but the gearing will make a HUGE differance, and the Tune (Xcal2) made a huge differance for me.
i think all that'll get him past 200

If you read and look at his post he already has gears.. of course all of those mods would put him over 200 but not for the 200 bucks

My car is rated at 215 at the flywheel, so a 15% loss puts me at like 185 or somthing, how much do cat back systems add?

That's true... for 400 bucks, I would either go with the tune or a good gear.. even though the gear wouldn't add any horsepower - it's still one of the best mods you can do.

the 96-97 GT is rated at 215 and the 98 is at 225, im hopefully getting some Steeda UD's for X-Mas which is good for about 10hp, so maybe that and a CAI and ill be good. Anyone know what Cat Backs add though?

U/D pullies won't give you much power......A CAI/TB/Plenum setup will give you some good gains.

Catback itself doesn't add a lot of power either, mostly sound, but a new midpipe too would give you some good gains. I would ask for an o/r midpipe for xmas rather than U/D pullies. Check ebay for stuff, you can find good parts for cheap.
