Default Really Dumb Question

I put my Mustang away about 2 weeks ago but i couldnt figure out how to remove the battery, i disconnected it but how is it removed? thanks

What year is it? I know on the 99-04s there is a black block kind of prism shaped that has a bolt going thru the middle of it. Once you remove that, you can pull the battery out.

Well you can do it with a plain wrench. However to save time I suggest a socket wrench with at least a 6 inch extension. It's really really simple. You unbolt it and pull the bolt and the block slides out. Then the battery is free. Should only take you 2 min tops.
