Can some people check this out and see if it is worth buying for my 2003 Mustang GT?

RE: Forged Internal Setup!
It would be fine. But if you are going to do the internals, get a forged crank also. That one is steel. Check out vtengines They have some rotating assemblies with forged cranks.
They would be could give some better advise based on what ever your planning(NA, Nitrous, S/C, Turbo), just tell them your plans and they can make some good recommendations.
Also If you are doing the internals now would be a good time for cams, and heads. Might have to save up, but then you dont have extra work.

Well, i guess i could go with this setup. It's offered by the same people. It has the forged crank.

RE: Forged Internal Setup!
I'm an ebay junky, but for that kind of money I would rather save up a little more money and go with a trusted company that will guarantee the parts. The first thing the guy is saying, "I don't know much about engines so please don't ask questions or advice." Sounds to me like he is already getting his excuses ready. To risk 1200 to save 200-300 just doesn't make sense to me.

RE: Forged Internal Setup!
I personally am going to buy a built short block from a well known engine builder someday (probably DSS Racing). I've put pistons and rods in a motor but never a crank and sometimes the block needs other work anyway. Especially with a high HP motor. Can't afford any trial and error on something like that. Also they would have the right answers to my questions as far as what the setup will handle.
