Default JBA Mid-length headers

OK, these headers come in 1 1/2, 1 3/4, 1 5/8. Why is this and is there any reason to choose one over the other. Keep in mind that this car is N/A. Also with these headers, I will have to purchase the h-pipe that goes with them for correct fitment.( to be safe). It says this combo will connect to stock or aftermarket catbacks. I will be fine there with my magnaflow catback. Considering to do mid-length due to the fact of my car being a auto and clearence with longtubes may be hard. Or should I go with the shorties and a full length mid-pipe like magna flow x-pipe. So, many choices augh!!!!!!!!!

thanks for any help. BurntOrange

Default RE: JBA Mid-length headers

i think you should just go with longtube headers and a shorty x/h pipe....i have an auto with slp longtubes and i have no clearance problems what so ever...i just think its pointless to go with shorty or midlength headers, longtubes offer so much more...some good brands of longtubes are bbk, mac, slp (alot of $$$), hooker, etc...
