adjustable clutch quadrant??
hi all, i have just recently bought an 00gt and was looking for an adjustable clutch quadrant. the clutch feels fine, but the pedal is hard as hell. i was just wanted to get some suggestions as to wheres the best/cheapest place to buy? thanks for the feedback

It's probably a complete waste of money. You've most likely got issues with your clutch cable. Buy a new OEM one as they are better than the aftermarket adjustable ones. Look at the old one for melting or shreading to see if you can figure out what was wrong with it. A friend of mine found one made by the same company as OEM but it was longer and without a bracket. It was perfect with his long tubes because the stocker kept melting and seizing. Trust me though, 90% chance it's the cable, 9% chance it's the clutch, 1% chance it's the quadrant or pedal assembly.

If there is peddle pressure its not going to be the cable... its actually pulling on the clutch.

If you get a cable setup, do yourself a favor and get a double hook, billet quadrant as well. It probably won't help the clutch to feel much lighter, but it will make it a bit smoother with the billet quadrant. Ford uses a cheap, plastic one that pretty much sucks. I use these in all my stangs; i recommend Steeda.
