do they have a damn dB measuring device?.............if not they have no way to prove it.........mine is still under the 92 dB line--I use the Harleys as relative comparison

I have a 1993 Harley Davidson FXDWG with drag pipes about 12 inches long from each cylinder of a 1340 cc motorcycle- plus a cam and screaming eagle intake, it is outragously loud and I have never been stopped here in Pa. But if I rumble around in my 02 GT I am followed by the copsand right now I only have the 2 1/2 inch mac cat back. There is a double standard for cars and Harleys.

NO2 H pipes deff do not suck, Ive got a mac offroad H and 2 chamber flows, and it sounds sweeeet, everyone loves how it sounds, and as far as performance the H has its highs and lows, as well and the X does, it all depends on what your looking for. I'm lucky, my friend owns a shop that does inspections, I dont have to worry about passing for the exhaust! its nice to have conections here and there

I just got my car back yesterday from having a Magnaflow catted x-pipe installed (along with the catback). The x-pipe definitely has a different sound; much deeper tone. Not louder; only in the 2000rpm drone zone; other than that it's asquiet as stock. Personally, I like the h-pipe sound better, but I'm by no means dissapointed with the sound of the x-pipe. Off road.....yeah=more power.
