For anyone who has an mac throttle body, i was just wondering if they are pretty good; other than a quick loctite fix as read in other threads; do they give a noticeable difference in performance? Also, are there any other problems with them?

i usualy try to stay away from Mac,

only there midpipes seem to be of OKAY quality

MAC sucks. Get a BBK or Accufab TB. I would suggest a 75mm TB and the C&L plenum

I have a MAC 75mm TB and have not had any problems with it what so ever. The install was easy and will all the other stuff that I installed at the same time (C&L plenumn, Steeda Plenumn spacer, CAI) the gains were decent. I have read about a lot of people haveing problems with them, Guess I was lucky have not had any problems with mine and have had it on the car for a little over a year.

Same with me. The only thing that happened with mine was the throttle was sticking a little so I tightened the screws that hold down the throttle plate and called it a day. I noticed a difference with mine. Everyone says MAC sucks and **** but I've never had any problems with my MAC stuff ever...
