Default SeaFoam is the Koolest!

Ran some Seafoam through the stang today, and what fun it was! Pretty easy to do... and gotta love the smoke it makes when you start it back up. I do have one question for those that have used it before, how did you put into the engine?

Theres multiple ways of using seafoam. What did you do? Add it to the fuel? add it to the oil? Thats the good thing about it, you can use it on everything. To put it in the engine you add it to the oil. Through the oil fill in the engine bay.

I ran it through the PCV line. I was just wondering how you keep the engine from stalling while the engine sucks it up? Cause when you undo the PCV line the engine dies. So I put the line into the can and had my Pops crank it for me. It started and ran for about 15 seconds. Then I let it sit for 10 mins and started her back up.

Seafoam is an allpurpose fluid cleaner designed for cars. It comes in a white can with red writing on it. I think its like 6 bucks a can. Basically it is a full fuel system cleaner, engine cleaner, and also does other things. It can be added to almost every part of your car just to clean it up and make it run better. We sell it advance but I have yet to use it. I think I'll pick some up in the next day or so and give it a try.

No car needs it. It's just highly recommended. It's good to add fuel injector cleaner everytime you change your oil. Some of them are 10k mile cleaners some arent. If you havent done anything with your car as far as fuel cleaner or engine cleaner, then yea put some in it. I'd do it at least every 10k miles.

Yes you can put it in the gas tank. If you put it in there it acts a as a fuel system cleaner. IT says on the can how much to add to it. It's a very versatile cleaner.
