Default Shifters

OK I have a 2002 GT and I am about to get the MGW short throw shifter, but I need to know what transmission I have is it the TR3650? Also what fluids do I need to change when I install it and where can I get them?

You don't need to replace any fluids.

Just unbolt the old one, and bolt in the new one.

I'm very happy with my Steeda Tri-ax.

If your really not sure, look at the sticker in the drivers side door jamb under where you will see TR. There should be "K" under the TR. The K means you have the 3650. I believe the 02's have the 3650. You dont need to change the fluid after the install.
