are you talking stock PI cam or aftermarket? the stock NPI cam has .500 lift and the stock PI cam has a little more i think like .505 or something

both really. im not sure on numbers exactly but the PI cams and PI intake give you most of the power difference b/w the 2 engines. If you get the nPI heads ports enlarged and polished, you will get really close to the PI power (without the raised compression mind you). If you get aftermarket PI cams on a nPI engine, you will obviously see even more gains. Tim37 says he remembered of an article about nPI p&p heads flow rate vs PI heads and the nPI MAYBE flow better but he hasnt found it yet.

I want to decrease my downtime significantly to getting my heads P&P and installing blower cams.
Is this something you should do all at once? Or is this too expensive to do all at once?

Also, when you get the cams and P&P done, would it be less money getting anything else done close to that region of performance upgrades also? (e.g. headers, etc.)
