The speedo says i'm doing 64mph but really i'm doing 75mph.....At my supposedly 65mph it's turning 2100 rpms????

I am not sure exactly what to count, but you can pull the cover off the diff. and count the revolutions of the pinion gear with the ring gear.....I think. Any help with this one guys?

Jack the car up and spin one of the rear wheels one turn, and count how many revolutions it makes. I believe if it does 3 and a quarter revolutions, you have 3:73s. If you have more turn, probably have 4:10's. Kyle

3 and a quarter revolutions would be 3.27's roughly, 3 and 3 quarter revolutions would be 3.73's rougly

but if you do have gears i think it would read faster than you're really going, someone correct me if i'm wrong

Yes

If you have higher than stock gears, your speedo would read HIGH.

I don't think you have a gear issue here.....
