3.73 At 70 MPH in 5th gear, your motor is turning at 2,118.8 RPM
4.10 At 70 MPH in 5th gear, your motor is turning at 2,329.0 RPM
About 200 rpms.

4.30 At 70 MPH in 5th gear, your motor is turning at 2,442.6 RPM
About an Extra 100rpms for the 4.30s...

4.10 or 4.30s dont even consider 3.73s there a waste.

T-45 with 3.73's is the same as 3650(02-04and bullitt) with 4.10's.
Is this true?

I am a former h*nda(sorry for swearing) guy so I don't know much about rear end gears. In FWD all you have to do is swap out the final drive and through in an LSD.

This is untrue the gear ratios between the T-45 and T-3650 aren't that different.

1st Gear T-45-3.37/T-3650-3.38
2nd Gear T-45-1.99/T-3650-2.00
3rd Gear T-45-1.33/T-3650-1.32
4th Gear T-45-1.00/T-3650-1.00
5th Gear T-45-0.67/T-3650-0.68

The ratios are so close you would be able to fee any differences.

Yeah this is BS.. what is true however is that 4.10's with a T-45 / 3650 are quite close to a T-5 with just 3.55's

Depends on the year T5 and if it came in a V8 or V6 car, there was at least 5 different ratios used in T5's

and 4.10's are fine, even with a Kenne Bell with a 3650

I know I would have never told you that
I got better gas mileage after switching to 4.10's from stock (2mpg)
and half my ride to work every day is 70mph highway [&:]

Mileage did drop with the KB, but I also can't keep my foot out of it [&o]
