It cant be the valve springs, I just put in comp cam valve springs at the same time I did my cam swap this weekend. They have like 100 miles on them.
It could be, did you check the istalled height and seat pressure? Installing valve springs the "right" way involves more than just slapping them on and calling it a day (attention to detail is why some cars run as well as they do). HOWEVER I don't really think thats your main problem, I suspect you A/F ratio is off. The dyno I use basicly has an O2 sensor that is inserted into the exhaust pipe and held in place with a clamp, no drilling holes

Yeah I cant beleive it was worth that much myself. It gained me 10rwhp and 6lb ft. I knew I wasnt crazy when I told people I felt a difference when I put it in. It also makes a whisling noise like a supercharger. This is it.. http://www.tornadofuelsaver.com/272/...982fc04d9acd6d

When I installed the springs I didnt check the seat pressure of the height. I just made sure all the retainers were in place. I didnt know. But I deffinitly think my A/F ratio is messed up. I could do better. But the SCT tuner really helped, 15rwhp and 11lb ft.

I wouldn't call data from a dyno run by a guy who wanted to drill holes in your exhaust good supporting evidence for anything.

I hope you didn't have to pay much for those dyno runs. and you should also post where you got it done so nobody in your area makes the mistake of going to them.

I bet you $1000 if you go to another dyno shop and ask them if they need to "drill a hole" to hook up the AFR meter they will say "WTF are you atlking about?!?!??" That guy is a moron and did you no good.

I payed $125 for an hour. Yeah that guys a moron, he installed my gears. Hes the one who said not to put synethic gear oil in to break them in. Everyone else said its fine. I dont know if I trust the dyno results myself.
