Okay so i really am planning on buying a GT and honestly...i like the 04 models better than the 05-06 model. Other than price wise, what do you think i should get? i know the new GTs have higher horsepower and all that dandy stuff but im in love with the deep muscle sound the 04's have that the 05-06's seemed to have lost in my mind. Any opinions?

 

ya know you can pick up a 03 04 cobra for about the same price as a new 06 gt.

 

Man but wouldnt that be awfully expensive? Gas and insurance wise? I mean **** havin a cobra would even be better haha but yeah...

 

In that case why not get a mach1

 

man i was just checkin the mach 1's out. That is my dream car -drools- there are no words to describe the beauty of the mach's lol sorry ill stop the sappiness [:-]

 

if i had the money for a new car, and getting the cobra or mach1 wasn't an option id go for the 06. id get rid of them nasty foglights but other than that im hearing awesome things about the 3vs, plus i love the interior with that new wheel and all, just looks awesome. people are making serious numbers with these blown 05s too.

 

If you got money for an new stang you can afford a mach1 for sure. Theyre getting pretty cheap. You can grab one for under 20k.

 

You can get mach1 1's into 12's without Nitrous or Forced induction. I like that! lol

 

you can get GTs into the 12 with out FI as well.......its just a bitch of a job

as for car, i agree about the body style, but why an 04? the 03 is the SAME exact car 99.9% and it will be much

cheaper on the market


however, i will agree with almost every1 here that the mach1 is the most sexy stang alive

plus 4v > 2v

 

03 04 corba is the sexiest new edge mustang IMO. i would get a Mach or a Cobra, i dont like the 05 06 body style, there nice, but not my cup of tea.
