Default A/F ratio gauge ?

i was wondering if anyone had the AEM A/F ratio guage and if it would be a better investment than the autometer a/f ratio guage. the AEM has a built in o2 sensor and has the digital read out and the light show..lol

here is the AEM guage

its a wideband. its about 1000000 times more accurate than the autometer A/F gauge. this is the type of gauge that tuners use to dyno tune a car

I was under the impression if you buy a A/F gauge without an O2 sensor, its just something to clutter the dashboard.

not unless you plan on doing the tuning on your car.

the only advantage would be you could see if your car was runnig lean rich or what ever but you have gone this long with out knowing that.

You should have a fuel pressure gauge. Fuel pressure and a boost gauge are pretty standard. That's what I just bought.

actually and oil pressure guage would be your best bet. the ford "idiot" gauge isnt worth trusting if youve out alot of money into your car

Not to hijack the thread, but it fits my question (somewhat) and I don't want to start a new thread.

So, if I advance timing, add a 75mm tb/plenum, 85mm MAF, CAI, headers, etc, would 24# injectors be a good idea? (new MAF cal'd for 24 obviously) I read somewhere that if you're above 275hp, then 24# are a good idea.

What do you guys think? Code is back, so maybe he'll know something.
