Not possible at all.

 

cataylatic converters reduce the emmisions alot

 

I passed the OBDII scan b/c i have MIL eliminators (no check engine light from not having any cats) but i probably would've failed the sniff test if my state had it.

 

It depends on what your county's emission standards are. Some do a thorough look through. In El Paso TX. they wouldn't pass me because I had the 1 windshield wiper mod.(Loooong honda time ago!). Others don't even look under the car or under the hood. They just attach the exhaust sensors. So it depends.

 

It problay will not pass the tail pipe emissions,but it would problay pass obdII with mil eliminators...But it will NEVER pass visual if the inspector does what he is exposed to do and check for tamper...

 

i passed here in illinois... I used a predator to turn off the MIL, and they dont do visual inspections...

 

in ga they wont look under the car
