First of all, before you listen to everyone that answers w/o knowing all the information...

What state do you live in? In illinois(and i believe many other states) if it is a '96 or newer year they dont hook the tailpipe up to the 'sniffer'. Here they just plug a scan tool in under the dash and check for engine codes. So if you get a programmer or a set of MIL eliminators to turn off the light on the dash you should pass. The other issue is that some states also do visual inspections. So if they look underneath and see that there are no cats then you won't pass. I have passed with my MAC off-road H and a handheld tuner(no visual inspections here in illinois). I believe you will most likely pass as long as you keep that MIL off.
