What do you guys think would be the best looking rim on my 03 sonic blue gt??

I think on that blue you can get away with any color rim, meaning chrome, gunmetal or black. I am biased though and would say get the saleens, or if you like the FR500's, make sure you get 18's, I know my stock rims are 17's and there is more rubber then I would like.

Do the knock off saleens from mustangtuning, look crappy??? Or is it essentially the same rim with just a different center cap??

I am thinking about some 18X9 chrome cobra r's. What do you guys think about these rims?? Any other opinions would be appreciated, I'm open to anything. Pics would be appreciated too!!!!

They're very nice replicas and you can always order centercaps from Saleen.

sonic blue and chrome(any mustnag rim) will look sweet!
Also sonic blue and a slive finish mustang rim will look clean.
But it all depends on what look you are going for... if you want the bright/bling look.. go with chrome... you want something that looks a little more factory go with a sliver finish... if you are going with a black out look go with the black w/chrome lip rim....
Its all about what look you are trying to achive...

^don't get silver, either polished or chrome, silver is too bland.

I had a friend with replicas and he replaced the center caps, my other friend and a "true" saleen with the same rims, and no one could tell the difference. I agree with code, the gunmetal, gunmeatal is always underappreciated because it only looks good on a few colors, and sonic blue is one of them. So if you want something different then the other guys at your next meet get gunmetal.
