ok so i raced my friend today from a 20 roll becauese it was wet. But i lost by like 2 car lengths. he has FIPK intake, Pacesettler LT's w/ Y pipe and mangnaflow catback. also we think he might have gears but not sure. I have Mac intake, accufab Tb/plenum, steeda pulleys, off road H/pipe and flowmaster catback. what do i need to beat him? oh yeah i just got my 735 bucks from ford today.. haha so i have a little money to spend..

LT1? Umm, not too much. A full bolt on GT will beat a stock one pretty good. But he's modded. Maybe 4.10's and a 50 shot?

With your mods and his mods, I'd say n20 would give you a pretty big edge assuming he has an LT1. An LS1 is another story.

you shouldnt need much to take out the LT1s but if it were the LS1 that would be a different story, just add 4:10s to the setup you already have and you should take him, ive taken an LT1 out before

you can't because ford fixed the intake problem by the time it got to 03.
