What do you want it for? Street or strip? How much do you want to spend?

For a street it's hard to beat the Kenne Bell, the boost is all in by 2000RPM's

The Vortechs and other centrifugals need RPM's to build boost so down in the lower RPM's the car still pretty much feels stock

now when shifting through the gears at high rpms would that creat enough power for the vortech and other centrifugals to build boost?

Vortech's and all other centrifugals are gonna FEEL fast than a Kenne Bell. Think of a centrifugal kinda like a turbo. The higher the tach goes, the more boost you build.

A centrifugal is typically in the 3-4 grand range. An intercooled kb is 4900, a non intercooled one is 3800.
Either one will make your car fast on the strip or when you're flooring it above 3500. A centerifugal builds boost as you go up in RPMs so it gets progressively faster. A KB hits top boost at 2k, and maintains it. It's hard to describe without trying out both. Either one is gonna make your car much faster it'll just have a peakier power curve with the centrifugal and a broader one with the kb.
