3.55 gears
If you want the best bang for your buck for 1/4 mile ET's, go with 4.10's or 4.30. Anything less and you'll have spent the same money as other people have and you'll run .2-.3 tenths slower.
Anyone who bashes 4.10's has never had the chance to drive a 2v with 4.10's or they simply don't know how to drive.

2002-2004 with the 3650 tranny go with 4.10's
the cobra r had a different tranny so the gears would match it. with your tranny 4.10's are the best(2002-2004). If you would have a old mustang( 1996-2001.5) go with 3.73's.
3.73's vs 4.10's its still a drivers race

OK kind of a little off the subject but my gt was built in february of 01....is that a early gt or late cuz ud pullies are different between the two and according to the previous post I should go with 3.73 if it was earlier
one way you can check is if the intake manifold has a plastic water crossover(if it hasnt been replaced yet). if it has a aluminum water cross over on the manifold it probly is a late 2001. and if the water pump has a long snout its a early 2001 and if its a short snout its a late 2001.
