Headers install?

RE: Headers install?
if you have like no room to work ie no driveway, garage and none of your friends do then yes. otherwise you can buy a jack and jack stands and do it yourself in the driveway or garage.

RE: Headers install?
I would be really careful if you are trying to do this yourself. The cat-back and midpipe I could see you doing yourself, but unless you have a fried that knows what he/she is doing, I wouldnt want to try this yourself. The headers are supposedly quite a bit harder than the rest of the exhaust, shorties or not.

RE: Headers install?
Here it is, straight and honest.
Installing headers is lengthy and a pain in the ***.
That said here is what I recommend, first off you will need to jack up the car, put it on jackstands and chock the rear tires. The install may take more then one day, in fact I recommend a 3 day weekend. Take your time and be patience, if you have access to air tools, ratcheting wrenches and lots of WD-40, you will be better off. Finally, this is a trying install, not because its hard, but because it takes alot of time and can seem overwhelming at times, TAKE YOUR TIME and take breaks to get your bearings. Have friends help if you can, having another hand can sometimes make the job alot easier, that said good luck. Also if you haven't bought the shorties yet, I would recommend against it, most if not all people on here will, there is little to be gained and for such a pain in the *** install you might as well get long tubes.
