Loudmouth Cat-Back install?
Going to be installed my Loudmouth cat-back on thursday and was wondering if there was any welding involved, or it was all bolt on. I was also wondering that if when I add my midpipe later, if I will have to do any modification to my loudmouth system. Anybody know?

RE: Loudmouth Cat-Back install?
im not sure if there is any welding on the cat-back i dont think on LMs you have to but im not sure i dont have them. but the only mod you will need if you install a O/R is probably downgrade to LM2s if you have lm1s because it will be very loud.

Well the kit includes all the clamps, but I would like to know that when I am ready to install my aftermarket midpipe, there wont be any welds all over my cat-back.

Nah you dont weld those together. Your catback should come in pieces, those should be welded together. You dont have to weld the pieces but its a good idea. The midpipe and catback bolt together.

RE: Loudmouth Cat-Back install?
I did my install in approx. 2-2.5 hours. I used a sawsall to hack the old tailpipes off but after that it was pretty easy. The SLP is the nicest kit I've installed on any of my cars. After I installed it I drove it for about a week or two and retightened everything. Hasn't leaked...Yet!!! I get quite a few compliments on the sound and I don't even have a good midpipe. Hope you like it as much as I do.
