Default I need help, again

Refer to the image below. The circled fuse box is what is keeping my cold air from sitting correctly, you may not be able to tell from looking but it's straight and the pipe is connected to the throttle body at a strange angle. It may be harmless, but I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and I'd like to fix this, but as long as that box is against that sensor I'm pressed for room.

I could, but it'd be a lot of work. The screw holding the box is on the otherside of the wall, I suppose I could try unscrewing the nut and just pushing the screw in, hopnig it falls down to the ground. Just not sure, y'know?
