i have two big block chevys. a 70 396 and a 70 454. and believe me they sound like ****. and yes they made bb f bodies. ever heard of a 69 camaro ss 396

Dude, why must you always sport for an argument? My point was it doesn't matter whether a BB Chevy motor is in an F-body or a Toyota pickup. The motor being in a certain car won't greatly affect the sound. Also, do you have the Chevelles or are they family member's?

my father has the chevelles.

but on the f body note. i was talking about the LS1's that have been bored and stroked to big block cubic inches such as 383, 396, 427. they just sound like ****.

i waswnt tryin to argue. but ive had to live with open header bb chevies and while yes at first they are fun to listen to but after a week its just so annoying. think about crusing down the highway with an open header 454 with a 4.11 posi in 4th gear at 65 mph and 3600 rpm's. youll get real tired real quick

i love the way my 95 sounds with the open cut outs at the end of the longtubes (really wakes the x cam up)
