Default OPEN HEADERS

I also was wondering if i just cut off the my dumps and the two remaing cats and just run a short pipe from the stock headers to the front side of the car, would it give me more hp and would it be louder than the flowmaster's that are already pretty damn loud.

Honestly, it would be obnoxiously loud. As far as HP increase only if you have a fully prepped, built motor track car would you recieve any benefit other than that, I think it would be a headache on wheels.
Cheers

The sound loudness would be intolerable. Plus, you would loose hp and torque because of loss of back pressure.

youll have better torque with mufflers unless your forced induction. in that case you want to get the exhaust out as quickly and easily as possible

Ummmmm, what they said ^^^. Don't do it. So many times around where I live have I seen rednecks do that to their big lifted 4-banger Toyota's. Most annoying crap ever. If you want your car to be loud, atleast make it a nice sounding kinda loud. Not the kind of loud you get when you put a horny elephant in the cage with a giraffe....

The only thing that sounds good with open headers is a BB Chevy.
