MOBIL 1 BABY !! May be $$$ but its worth it. I've never even heard of amsoil. I guess they dont distribute to oklahoma.

amsoil invented synthetic oil. they were the very first. you can get them in every state, you just have to get it through a private dealer.

we have our own here..
mobil 1 has been around for over 25 years so has red line...so between the 3 I think it's well proven..just about 10 years ago gaskets has finally got in the 20th century*L*

I'm a Mobil 1 user myself, but I am going to try Royal Purple next change. I have that Maxx Gear fluid for the rearend, &amp; so I am wanna see which is going to give me better engine lubrication, &amp; performance<IMG src=smileys/smiley16.gif border="0">

Yes it's ok to use synthetic in your car. I checked on royal purple oil a while back but thought it was extremely overpriced. 8 dollars a quart is a little much. I dont see how it can be much better than Mobil 1.
