Default Diablo sport vs. shift kit

Is the shift firmness with just a diablo tune equal to shift firmness with just a shift kit on the 4R70W trannsmission?

i would go with the tuner you can get a lot out of it with the tranny with the plus of extra hp out of the engine.

If your just looking at getting one or the other, I would get the Diablosport, but I would also wait until you added mods such as gears, exhaust, and intake. These mods with a tuner will wake the car up a significant amount.
