I would like to lower my car but not sure on how much or what to go with? I get people that its not worth it and it stiffens the ride to much, and anybody who lives in Michigan knows the the roads are like. Then some people tell me to do it any way. Hopfully in spring Ill supercharge the beast. Thheres so many on the market not sure witch one the best choice. Just looking for some input here.

 

You will definitely be happy if you lower your car. The stiffness is worth getting rid of the 4x4 look.

to get rid of the stiffness just get a good set of shocks/struts...i got my lowering springs and shocks/struts installed at the same time so in a sense they cancel eachother out...

 

Well I got 17' wheels so 1.5'-2'

 

I was also interested in lowering my car. I know it will improve the handling of a car but will it improve the car at the drag strip?

 

It'll hurt the car at the drag strip. Not enough to stop you from lowering it though.

 

How will lowering your car hurt you at the drag stip?

 

Traction. Lowering springs will effect weight transfer.
