Default Tire Balancing Question

I got my tires balanced and rotated about 2500-3000 miles ago and the vibrations went away, but now they are back again. I feel like it's too soon to go get them balanced again. Do you think I should knock the weights off of the rims? I think they are the problem but I'm not sure.

I would just get them rebalanced...technically your suppose to get them balanced every 3000 miles or when you change your oil. Knocking the weight off the rims will still make no difference because they will be out of balance but it might help..hope this helps some later Dan-

yeah. A weight or two that they put on may have fallen off on the insides of the tires (do you have the hammer on or stick on type weights?) I balance tires at my work and sometimes we get tires that vibrate and I look and one of the weights has an outline of where it WAS. Just have them re balanced.

I'd have mine balanced but winter F'ed my back wheels with curbs! Needs some upgrade wheels
