How do you unhook the accelerator cable from the pedal? I hesitate to get in there and start yanking on things because if I were to break something I would be up a creek. Does it unscrew, pull off, or what? Thanks in advance for the help.

 

its under the engine, on the throttle body, its a cable that needs to be unlatched from the throttle body, its easier to get off than it is to get on, just remember how you took it off. it comes off fairly easy so if your struggling you're doing it wrong.
