I heard their cats clog up really quick, with in like a few thousand miles. Seen it on a lot of boards, don't know how true it is but for the price they chages I wouldn't risk it.

Dr. Gas invented the x-pipe, so you'd not go wrong there. I have a Bassani x w/high flow cats. You can also look into Magnaflow, because they also make an x-pipe. All of the aformentioned are very good quality x-pipes. If you want high flow cats, & stainless steel EXPECT to pay more than $500. I paid $589 during the summer, I don't know if the price has dropped, but for a lifetime warranty, & SS quality I feel it was worth it.

You need t shop around, no way you should be paying that much for a catted x pipe, I've seen the Bassani for less than $400, magnaflow for $429 nad BBK for even less.

I have the Magnaflow catted x-pipe and I love it. The power increase is nice, and it sits right where the stock pipe was (no real clearance issues on a lowered car). You can probably still get a Magnaflow pipe for under $400, but they starteda new rule that they can't be advertised below a certain price effective 1/1/04. So you just have to call places to see if they'd quote you a deal.
