EDIT: WAIT!! is it a 93-97 or 98+
assuming he is stock, adn we'll say a decent driver,
he shoudl run a 13.3,
which means you need the following (or see the other thread about FULL BOLT ONS in the 4.6 section) lol, as if that werent a clue to what you need,, you need the following
Full Bolt Ons
pulleys
headers, midpipe, catback (also known as full exhaust)
t/b
plenum
intake of sorts
gears
suspension work
and finially DR's
with this set up, you should be able to handle him, but make sure its not pansy roll racing, make it from a dig, hopefully that jump you get on him on the launch will suffice
(oh, and im not sending you the $$ for all those bolt ons either)

the money is no problem. out here in vegas its everywhere.. i find it on casino floors hahaha.
but yeh hes runnin i think its like a 00 ss? or well its right before they discontinued them its still brand new. its a six speed.

yea, then if its a 98+, he'll be pushing a crap load more power than he would be if it were a 97 or older
its depressing how much it takes for our 99-04's to catch up to a similar F Body, but if full bolt ons is what it takes, then i suppose thats what we have to do
until they freaking by a new air filter box or some crap like that and other cheap mods and start running mid 12's.. oh the humility![:'(]

If you don't mind boost and can afford it then a supercharger or turbo will get you the victory. If you want all motor, every bolt on, gears, drs. If you got more money heads and cams with all of the other bolt ons will definitely guarantee you victory.

Me. As the car sits now, minus the aluminum driveshaft (I had a bent-yoke stocker, don't as\)

Race 2 I screwed up the shifting a bit, didn't rev enough to top out the cams (shifted before redline I mean). Race 3 and 4 look screwy because the camera guy zoomed in and didn't realise it.
We have a rematch coming as soon as I get back up there and the weather is nice. This time it is daylight or bust
As you can see it is a total rape from a stop, and I can beat on him pretty bad from a roll if I hit my shifts. From a slow roll takes me till about 3rd before I really start pulling on him.
