i can do it in my auto... it happens all the time when i am passing someone and the over drive kicks in... i always drive with traction control on

and you forgot to say you have to shift really, really fast when doing this... i wouldnt suggest it at all!
And if you are making the tires chirp while shifting from 2nd to 3rd.. then you're not shifting right.

i can chirp third w/o a total poweshift

though, ive never tried with my DRs, i dotn like to squeel them at all with the DRs
but when i had the shat tires, it wasnt too difficult

now dumping the clutch at 7K YES<< thats a blast [8D]

I've been able to chirp 3rd since I bought the car and was completely stock, and I never powershift(keep gas down while shifting).

Just have to be quick and manhandle that thing.

That doesn't make sense If you have the power, your wheels will bust loose, it doesn't have anything to do with the shift. Maybe thats just ur excuse to not be able to chirp 3rd GTnAZ, lol

If you know how to shift, powershifting owns.

I can chirp 3rd powershifting....but not otherwise

I really don't see the point of powershifting, just shift faster without keeping the gas down.
