they are offering me 16k for my gt.
so ill be putting down 2k cash. rather than fixin the ****in dent that i have in my gt =/
than ill owe 7k. is that bad or wha..

i mean or i could sit on my gt and build onto it? which is more logical..
i cant decide myself the heat of the cobra is gettin to my head ;D

I find it hard to believe that anyone will give anyone 16k for a 03gt tahts been wrecked. If you owe 7k on the 03 gt then youll end up having to pay 16k out of your pocket...HUUUUUGE monthly payments. Mod the GT as you get the cash for it.

nah man im serious. 16 no jokes. even kickin my rims back to me.. they sell brand new gts for 20k out here. im tellin u vegas is where the moneys at.
i dont owe anything on my gt. i was talkin about if i traded in..

I had my heart set on getting an 03 Cobra, but just decided it wasn't worth it.

I could sell my GT, but probably have $12,000+ more needed to get a Cobra. Then on top of that there is an insurance increase.

In the meantime, I could spend $10k on the GT and be completely happy with a FINISHED car. At least until I decide even that's not enough and get the bottom end forged to handle more boost.

I just don't see how it's worth it.

i was going through the same delema, its nice to have the cobra, but im almost done with paying off my GT, only 5000 more to go, ill be done by summer. but if i get a cobra i would tack a nother 12000 on to the car payments and added insurence cost. if you really want a cobra then go for it. but ive thought about it long and hard, and i came to the conclusion that being done with my car payments by summer and having alot of spending money is better then having to slave for a cobra that i can barely afford. hell, im trying my hardest to pay off my GT as fast as i can, and i could have gone to Cancun for spring break with my friends but i can afford it with my GT payments. i make enough money for random spending and to payoff the car, but it would be nice to not worry about car payments anymore, at this piont in my life and with the money im making.

my dilemma is far worst. let me explain in conclusive DETAIL. ok. end point..
my 03gt got fkn hit by a 'broad'- her left bumper to my right fender in a parkinspot.. blehhh. =/
its costin 1300 to fix it plus touch up entire vehicle.

so right there im forced to spend 1300 (because noone wants a fkn dent) i might as well top it and make it 2 grand.
so now im thinking.,.

my gt is paid off. i can trade it to a local dealership for 16k. no typo ok? lol.
get back a 03 cobra, blk, loaded. flawless 26k mi. for 25k out the door. all stock.
ill be putting down 2000 since im kind of forced too. than be owing only 7k on the cobra.

put the 1300 im forced to use here and make it 1800.. towards the bodywork of my fenderdent + entire car touch up + 04 cobra front end painted installed at the same time. give it that clean crisp look. all around. midnight blue. its almost a mystic type effect, it goes from purple pearlex blue to a sleek midnight blue. very clean color. rare.. the body shop is also A++ many many credentials. i could probably even get a new hood painted for free.

so wtf.
