16" tire size

i need to get some tires soon. what is the widest tire i could fit on my car? stock is 225-16-55. i would like to get all 4 tires the same size, the last 4 lasted 5 months.[sm=shootshoot.gif] thanks.

Buy some 17's and lower it, get rid of that nasty gap.. But anways, what size are the rims? 16 by what?

ive got 245-50's all the way around, im sure you could go bigger but for a price
