Default those with hypertech

Ok guys I need a huge favor from one of you. I just recently recieved a hypertech power programmer III for my 1999 Mustang GT w/ auto trans. Well I was reading the stuff and I am afraid to tune it because I might screw it up. I want to tune it for 87 octane simply because it hurricane country here and gas shortages are common. However I don't know where to set my rev limiter or shift points. I already set firmer shifts and turned off the top speed limiter. I was sort of wondering if someone might be able to give me some tips to programing. Like were to put my redline and what shift points should I use.
