what would you do in your auto first, gears, or a tuner. and if i can find a shop to tune.. should i just get it dyno tuned, would they be able to up the pressure in my tranny and ect like a handheld?

I would go with a gear and tuner combo. You will need something to correct your speedo after gears, so you should get the tuner first or at the same time, otherwords you have to waste 100 bucks on a speedcal. And there really isnt any need for a dyno tune over a tuner unless you are going FI or you are done modding and you want every bit of hp out than u can get...

4.10s at the least
shift kit
stall
those mods will greatly improve an auto and will have no problem with a 5 speed though you have to spend dough to get there. other than that its great. i have a 5 speed as a winter beater and it makes me appreciate my auto especially at the track.

yeah but if you do get a tuner after after the shift kit you can change your shift points...you are right, the shift kit has already firmed up the shifts which the tuner cannot do now, but still changing the factory shift points can help tremendously
