well before i had my o/r h pipe put in i had a slight smell of exhaust in my car when i turned the heater on. after putting the h pipe in its a lot stronger but only when im parked, when im moving i dont smell it, any ideas of what the problem may be, maybe some type of leak??? now i do realize its stronger cause i have no cats now but still im clueless what may be wrong

It's just the exhaust making its way up around to the cabin air intake. Not too much to worry about... I think you notice the difference now because a car with no cats has a very different smelling exhaust than one with. My friend's 94 GT with an O/R H has exhaust that smells a lot like a two-stroke weed-whacker, while my 04 GT with the factory H has a very different smell.

If it were a leak, you should be able to hear it, assuming it is before the mufflers. If it is after, it's already mostly back out the car anyway, but you may want to inspect the little portion of your exhaust after the mufflers.

Are you positive it's not coolant you're smelling?

leak at the header to midpipe on passengers side no doubt, they always leak there if the gasket gets messed up during install. gurrantee thats your leak. check under while its running just to make sure though.
