Default is $9500 a fair price?

is 9500 a fair price for my 96 GT with a 5.4? the car has 134000 miles but then motor has less then 2000


the 5.4 was rebuild and the heads were resufaced, gasket matched/lightly P&P


this is what is installed on the car...

MAC CAI
MAC Underdrive Pulleys
Custom Subframe-connectors
MSD Coil packs
Bosh +4 Sparkplugs
Tinted windows. driver sides 20% rear quarter windows 5%
Ford Racing 3.73 rear end gears
Steeda 32 tooth speedo gear
BBK Off-Road X-pipe
BBK 225 lph Fuel pump and new fuel filter
BBK MILL elimators
Sealed Power piston rings
3" Cobra R hood with SVO scoop w/ hood pins (Primered)
Flowmaster mufflers
Black Head lights
Relocated battery to trunk
New radiator and heater core
Shorter shifter lever
F1 Stage 2 Clutch 10.5
70mm TB (Ported)
Ported upper plenum
Billit Fly wheel 164 tooth (will except 10.5 or 11" clutch)
Webasto Sun roof
Tokico suspension (Springs, shocks, and struts)
Steeda Caster/Camber plates
Accell alarm with remote start
SCT tuner with 3 custom tunes
1) correct the fuel tables for a 5.4 motor
2) Comp cams 268's
3) N20

so what do you guys think

oh and all the stock stuff comes with it, motor and all.

in those photos, are you wheels clean, cause they look dirty, and that might be throwing off some higher bidders.
